Hiring Kilnhanger for Overnight stays.
Situated within an area of outstanding natural beauty, the house is set high up in beautiful woodland with stunning views of the Surrey Hills. The house and studio are lovingly designed to create a sense of space, tranquillity and ease.
Kilnhanger main house is now divided into 2 halves: one a family home and the other available to hire for overnight stays for small groups. Suitable for groups of up to 8 people (10 max). Minimum 2 nights. Arrive from 2 pm on the first night and depart at 3 pm on the last day.
Kilnhanger main house £850 per night - Includes the kitchen, dining room, snug, yoga studio, mezzanine bedroom & double bedroom. Sleeps a maximum of 5 people. Mezzanine Bedroom - sleeps 3, double - sleeps 1 or a couple, shared shower room
Twin room in Kilnhanger cottage - £110 per night (super king bed or 2 single beds - sleeps 2)

Shepherd's Hut
Our charming Shepherd’s Hut sits peacefully within 40 acres of woodland, orchard and gardens. A tranquil haven in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with breath-taking views of the Surrey Hills.
From the hut, you can enjoy glorious sunsets, birdsong, and the calming stillness of nature.
Though tucked away for privacy, the hut is close enough to our cottage to feel secure.
It stays cool in the summer and wonderfully cosy in the winter, offering a perfect year-round retreat.
Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and two electric hobs, a shower room with a heated towel rail, and a comfortable double bed with an electric radiator for extra warmth.
Guests are welcome to wander through the estate’s woodlands, gardens and pastures.
A light continental breakfast is provided, and we’re happy to accommodate dietary needs with advance notice.
Private parking is available directly beside the hut for your convenience.
Your own mini yoga retreat :
If you are looking for a mid-week yoga break, you can book to stay in the Shepherds hut on a Tuesday and Wednesday night and book in for Maddy's yoga classes on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. We can even provide yoga retreat-style meals for you in the shepherd's hut, just like your own mini yoga retreat. Please get in touch with us for more info.
