Kilnhanger is a yoga and wellness retreat venue in Surrey, England, UK. We run bespoke wellness, meditation, and yoga retreat weekends for beginners and all abilities.
Our yoga retreat offers bespoke wellness weekends for groups of 4-8 people in a peaceful countryside setting with stunning views. If you would like a retreat for a group of friends, then you will be able to stay in Kilnhanger's main house, Kilnhanger Cottage and the shepherd's hut for bigger groups.
Your yoga classes will be held in our luxury yoga studio, which has underfloor heating, an engineered wood floor and stunning views of the Surrey Hills. You will receive expert tuition from Maddy, who has been teaching yoga, restorative yoga and yogalates classes for over 17 years. Classes will be tailored to suit your own ability and needs.

Alternatively, we can arrange for other wellness instructors to come and give classes or workshops. We have numerous wellness instructors living locally whom we can contact if you would like to explore other classes, such as Pilates, Qi Gong, sound baths, Ashtanga yoga, meditation, or general fitness.
This is a very special and unique opportunity to have your very own private yoga retreat just for you in the most beautiful, quiet and peaceful location, staying in beautiful accommodation. It is a chance to relax, connect deeply with yourself and rebalance. You will receive beautiful yoga classes in a stunning and luxurious yoga studio and eat delicious home-cooked meals.
Suggested Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive - Mid-afternoon and be welcomed with freshly made herbal teas along with a healthy treat. Settle into your accommodation and be shown around the yoga studio, gardens and grounds.
15.00 - Receive a 90-minute private yoga class tailored to suit your needs. This can be an active class or a deeply relaxing restorative class.
Free time
19.00 - Your delicious, nutritious, vegetarian (or vegan), 2-course dinner will be served in Kilnhanegr's main house dining room.
Day 2
08.30 - Healthy, delicious breakfast
10.30- 12.00 - Yoga class tailored to suit your needs.
Free time.
13.00 - Delicious lunch
14.30 - Guided walk or free time
16.00-17.30 - Yoga class tailored to suit your needs.
19.00 - Your delicious, nutritious, vegetarian (or vegan), 2-course dinner will be served in Kilnhanegr's main house dining room.
Day 3
08.30 -10:00 - Yoga class tailored to suit your needs.
10.00 - 11.00 - Healthy, hearty brunch
12:00 - Depart

The setting is delightful, the views, the tranquility, the heated floor (hee hee) the lovely kitchen, the log burner, your lovely husband and your friend helping you… quite honestly I could have moved in :)
