How do I get to Kilnhanger?

Kilnhanger is approximately a 20 minute drive from Guildford, 5 minutes drive from Shamley Green, 10 minutes drive from Shere village. 
The address is: 
Kilnhanger, Farley Heath Road, Farley Heath, Near Guildford, Surrey, GU5 9EW
Sat Nav: make sure to put in Shamley Green, Farley Heath Road
as well as the postcode (GU5 9EW). The dirt track that leads up to Kilnhanger is situated just off Farley Heath Road. 
Drive down the track past Kilnhanger stables & then turn right and 
drive straight up to Kilnhanger Main house.

Is there parking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, plenty! Parking is located at the end of the dirt track just before entering the gravel driveway at Kilnhanger. It is just before the gate in the clearing on your left hand side, you will see a Kilnhanger Parking sign. If that parking area is full then you are welcome to park in the main driveway area near Kilnhanger Main house or Kilnhanger cottage.

Can I arrive early to set up and stay later than my booking to pack up?

Accepted Answer

Yes we allow an extra 45 minutes to set up and 45 minutes to pack away for studio and venue rentals. If you require longer then you will need to book extra time.

Question 4

Can I burn candles and incense in the studio?

Accepted Answer

We do not allow lit candles or incense but we do provide diffusers which you can use  to burn your own essential oils in.

Question 5

Can we use the garden and grounds at Kilnhanger?

Accepted Answer

Yes we encourage people to use the beautiful gardens and grounds but we do ask if you can avoid taking the yoga mats outside unless they are well cleaned before they are put back in the studio. The pool area is not currently available for use for day hire groups.

Question 6

Can I serve water, tea and snacks in the studio?

Accepted Answer

Yes we can provide a kettle, mugs, water jugs and glasses for this.
